What product categories does Neeuu currently offer?
We currently focus on four main categories:

What kinds of products are included in your sensory toys category?
Our sensory toys category includes products such as stepping stones, mini trampolines, kids roller coasters, scooter boards, sensory chairs, gyro chairs, balance boards, kids balance beams, kids basketball hoops, kids seesaws, rocking horses, kids game sets, and other sensory-related toys.
What do you mean by "indoor playground"?
Our indoor playground category mainly refers to small children’s indoor play products, such as climbing sets, indoor slides, kids playhouses, play tunnels, and playpens. We do not focus on large commercial indoor amusement park projects.
What products are included in your outdoor playset category?
Our outdoor playset range currently includes swing sets, kid sandboxes, and swimming pool slides.
What products are included in your kids furniture category?
Our kids furniture range includes kids storage, kids wardrobes, kids tables, kids bookshelves, and diaper organizers.
Are your products mainly for home use or commercial use?
Most of our products are suitable for home use, daycare centers, kindergartens, early learning environments, and selected children’s activity spaces, depending on the product type and size.
2.Buyer Types & Market Fit
What types of buyers do you mainly work with?
Our ideal customers are importers, distributors, retailers, Amazon sellers, and DTC brands.
Do you work with first-time importers?
We can communicate with first-time importers, but in general our products are a better fit for buyers who already understand international sourcing, lead times, and freight structure.
Are your products suitable for online sellers and private-label brands?
Yes. Many of our current inquiries come from online-first brands and sellers who want private label, small trial orders, or differentiated products for their own market testing.
Do you work with buyers who want to test the market first?
Yes. We understand many buyers want to start with samples or a smaller first order before scaling. We can discuss the most practical approach based on the product and your target market.
3.MOQ, Samples & Pricing
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product category, product size, packaging method, and whether customization is required. Standard products usually have more flexible MOQ than custom-developed items, for example, 200 units.
Can I start with a sample?
Yes. Samples are available for many products. Sample cost and lead time depend on the specific item and whether customization is needed.
Can I place a small trial order first?
For some standard products, yes. We understand many buyers want to test the market first. Trial-order feasibility depends on the product and shipment arrangement.
Why isn't the MOQ very low for some products?
Because these are medium-to-large children’s products, freight cost can become too high if the order quantity is too small. Ordering around 50 units or more often improves per-unit shipping efficiency.
Do you publish prices on the website?
No. Pricing depends on the product, quantity, packaging, customization level, and delivery destination, so we normally quote directly.
Are your price list prices wholesale prices?
Yes. Our quotations are generally based on wholesale cooperation. For larger orders such as full containers or multiple containers, we can usually discuss more competitive pricing.
4.Shipping & Delivery
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost depends on the quantity, product dimensions, package volume, weight, delivery address, and shipping method. We usually need your quantity and delivery address before we can estimate freight accurately.
What shipping methods do you usually use?
For larger orders, sea freight is usually the most common and cost-effective option. For samples or urgent shipments, express options may be discussed, for example, air freight.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes, we work with overseas buyers globally and can discuss shipment according to the destination market.
Do you support EXW / FOB / DAP / DDP?
Shipping terms can be discussed based on the destination and order type. We usually offer EXW / FOB and in some cases DAP-style options depending on customer needs.
What is your usual production lead time?
Lead time depends on the product category, order quantity, peak production seasons or not, and whether customization is required. Standard products usually have shorter lead times than OEM / ODM items — usually it will take 20–45 days.
What is your sample lead time?
Sample lead time depends on the item and whether any changes are required. Usually 7–15 days. Our team can confirm this after reviewing your request.
5.OEM / ODM & Private Label
Do you offer OEM / ODM services?
Yes. We support OEM / ODM for suitable products.
What kinds of customization can you support?
Depending on the product, customization may include:
- Logo application
- Packaging customization
- Color customization
- Selected structural changes
- Selected accessory or size adjustments
Can I do private label with you?
Yes. We support private-label cooperation for many product categories, especially for buyers who want to test and grow their own brand.
Can you support brand customization for a smaller first order?
It depends on the product and the type of customization. Some branding options are more flexible than others, but deep customization usually requires higher MOQ. Our current workable customization MOQ can be around 200 sets per SKU under one same color.
Do you charge extra for customization?
Some customization options may involve additional cost, especially if the quantity is below the normal customization MOQ (usually 200 sets per SKU under one same color), or if new tooling / structure changes are needed.
Can you develop new molds?
Yes. New mold development can be discussed for suitable products.

Do you offer BPA-free or non-toxic material options?
Yes. For selected products and markets, we can discuss BPA-free and non-toxic material requirements.
Can sensory toys be made with anti-slip features?
For selected sensory toys, yes.
Can your products support U.S. compliance requirements?
For many children’s product categories, we can discuss support for U.S. market requirements such as CPC / ASTM / CPSIA, depending on the product and final testing scope.
Can your products support EU / UK compliance requirements?
Do you provide certificates or test reports?
Yes, we can discuss available certificates, test reports, and compliance-related documents based on the product and target market.
Can you send product videos and proof of quality?

What are your most popular sensory toy products?

Are your sensory products suitable for sensory-friendly brands?
Many of our sensory-related products are built around movement, coordination, balance, and active play. For buyers targeting sensory-friendly or child-development positioning, we can discuss product fit in more detail.
Can sensory toys be customized in softer, calmer colors?
Are all sensory products designed specifically for special-needs children?
Not necessarily. Our products are generally developed for children’s play and movement, but some products may also be suitable for brands or buyers serving sensory-friendly, ADHD-related, or active-development use cases, depending on the product.
8.Indoor Playground
Do you make large commercial indoor playground projects?
No. We do not focus on large project-type indoor playgrounds.

Are these products suitable for home and daycare use?
Yes. Many of these products are suitable for home use, daycare centers, kindergartens, and early learning spaces, depending on the size and design.
Can indoor playground products be customized?
Do you make electric or battery-powered indoor play products?
No. We currently don’t manufacture electric and battery-powered products, but if you want us to help source some electric and battery-powered products, we can provide sourcing service with an additional sourcing fee.

Our current outdoor playset range includes swing sets, kid sandboxes, and swimming pool slides.
Are these outdoor products suitable for backyard and home use?
Yes. Many of these products are suitable for family outdoor use, backyard activity spaces, and selected daycare/outdoor children’s environments.
Can outdoor playset products be customized?
Can you send installation or assembled-product references?
Yes. We send installation guides for every product.
